TIMELINE
Project Proposal
We will have our project proposal signed by the Executive Director of Girls Lobby, Michaela Bevan, by October 12, 2020.
Registration Form Erin D
Our first deliverable will be creating a registration form for the 2021 Program based off of guidelines from Girls Lobby’s previous years and the types of information they want to collect. We will work closely with Impact Director, Britt Watts, on this project.
Teacher Correspondence Erin C
Because Girls Lobby representatives cannot go into classrooms this year, we will help reach out to teachers across Utah to encourage participation in the Zoom Q&As and the program.
Promotional Video Pauline
(POTENTIAL PROJECT) Girls Lobby is looking to create a new promotional video. If the organization decides to create a new video, we may help in the production and editing.
Refer-a-friend program Jessica
Girls Lobby will be especially reliant on social media this year due to the pandemic. We will work closely with the Communications Director, Brooke Lund, to help coordinate the content and schedule of giveaways and promotions.

Prepare Zoom Q&A
Girls Lobby will be doing a Zoom Q&A in lieu of traditional recruiting methods. We will lead the preparation, execution, and follow up of these live Q&As including registration, question/topic prep, and technical needs.
Execute Zoom Q&A

Edit Zoom Q&A recordings
After the Zoom Q&As, we want to make the recordings accessible for those who could not be in attendance. Our group will lead the editing efforts.
CLIENT AGREEMENT
Everything looks great! You seem to have split up responsibilities well and very clearly organized ideas and details. I’m interested in seeing what our specific timeline will look like as we move forward. I can’t wait to work with all of you as we gear up for our upcoming season!
